Either Party retains the authority to terminate the Terms and the subscription at any time, subject to a notice period of thirty (30) days prior to the intended termination.

Upon termination, the Customer's subscription to the Services shall be promptly canceled. Any outstanding Fees shall be immediately due and payable upon the notice of termination. It is expressly clarified that no refunds or credit of Fees will be extended if the Services are fully operational, functioning as intended, and providing the basic features stipulated under the subscription. The absence of issues or disruptions in the basic functionality of the product does not warrant a refund in the event of termination before the conclusion of the subscription term or prior to the intended termination.
